In view of my graduation day and expecting many expenses for the dissertation process, I had saved up some money, results of sacrifices and hard work, and excluding an endless amount of transport tickets, books and prints, with a part of my treasure I made some purchases to be ready for the big day.

These shopping sessions took place in Naples, since the unique purchase done on line, at MANGO Outlet, which included the traditional black trousers I needed for my graduation, didn’t seem to be able to arrive on time due to a delay at the Mango warehouse.
While I was in Naples, rushing and printing my thesis, I went to h&m with a big mission: finding a “last minute” black trousers at a reasonable price.Moral of this story: two, too serious, blacks pants in my closet and various little things bought to cheer me up and to solve some necessities without making my poor wallet cry.

My order from Mango Outlet included a classic black trousers with a fold along the legs and balloon cut, a set of mixable and matchable golden earrings that can be worn in many different ways and two golden rings with red rhinestones.
Mango fabric quality is great and the overall accessory style array is wide but golden items may loose shine and their original rich shade.

My second pair of black pants comes from h&m, located in via Roma 343, and has an elastic waistband and hidden small cuts at the bottom, on the back of the heels.
Along with it I bought a set of three ethnic bracelets made up with fuchsia and emerald green rope, gold and rose gold metal and wood, plus a pair of black flats.
These bracelets were equally divided among the three women of the family, while my flats could have been a sort of ”life saver”, in case of achy feet, but it hasn’t occurred during the whole big day!
They are comfortable and durable, essential: thanks to them I reevaluated this kind of shoes.
At h&m value for money is great if not superb, but the trousers fabric tends to collect dust and pet hair with incredible ease.
On another occasion and in the same shop, I bought a cream-toned dress with long sleeves and large neck and a big scarf, looking much more like a cape or a shawl, that’s soft, off-white with magenta fringes. What about that nice fox?
It’s a hand warmer purchased at Kikke by Kasanova, a tiny gift shop in Piazza Garibaldi gallery, a shopping plaza connected to the Piazza Garibaldi station, at level -2.
The next day, after a restful sleep and a jump to the old town to celebrate the other fellow undergraduates, I found a book at a small bookshop stall selling old books and magazines, in Piazza Matteotti: “The Illusionist” by Steven Millhauser.
€ 1.50 for two short novels I can define mysterious and intriguing, a book that is able to leave the reader almost lost and wondering in the world of two unusual characters.
The same day, I bought a red-brick hooded sweater at Pull&Bear in via Toledo 343.
This shop is well supplied with garments and home accessories, but the lights are so feeble that make difficult finding something without flaws, an impossible mission at Pull&Bear, as well as figuring out the exact colour of your clothes.
Walking in via Toledo, I made my first visit to Zuiki, at civic 237, with related purchases: a ”kimono” cardigan with zip and black faux leather details and a comfortable plushy multicoloured sweater with wide, short bat wing sleeves.
On the way back, before taking the train, it was the turn of a last trip to OVS, in Piazza Matteotti 7, a multi-stored heaven, where I purchased a pair of casual black shoes. The floral print inside the shoes attracts the eyes, but comfort was exactly what I was looking for and found.
I didn’t buy any sort of make-up, I resisted in front of the OVS beauty counters, there, where the cubic Balmì lip balms have arrived!
Which shop do I recommend? While in Naples, you should take a chance and visit h&m in via Roma as well as the big OVS in piazza Matteotti! Feel free to use my map, you’ll never get lost!
I don’t regret, I needed new pants and shoes, while the rest had ridiculous prices and, after all, has been used for a long time. Even the smallest trifle has had a small cost: the fox hand warmers just 1.50€, while the h&m dress was 7€!
