How to: back to school outfit. Easy and casual

Back to school: the bell has already rung, universities gates are open for the new academic year and to say ‘hello freshers!’. Get ready to start again with a quick but trendy ‘back to…’ outfit with this easy-going and casual look that won’t make you regret summertime.

How to back to school outfit

Whether you have to go back to your class, uni or office, bring with you summer freshness and carefree spirit with denim and florals in your ‘back to’ outfit…

On this occasion, I had to wear what other fashion bloggers made me buy: a crop top! This very short top with thin straps is a cheeky and summer touch I was really looking for a fresh start. This sexy top can be worn at school and shown strategically.

The must-have for this ‘back to school’ look are:

  • a floral crop top popping from a light denim shirt (both Terranova);
  • a pair of treggings or leggings, which combines the elasticity and lightness of leggings with the typical denim look (Pimkie);
  • comfy canvas sneakers (OVS);
  • some summery accessories like a silicone watch (Avon Cosmetics) and a leopard bangle (see Kenneth Jay Lane’s tiger bracelet);
  • a large shoulder bag,
  • and glasses, if you need them (GlassesShop).
What about ‘back to school’ makeup?
Minimal and foolproof: mascara and a vibrant, glossy lipstick in the hottest shade from the catwalks, violet!

My violet pout is Avon Cosmetics Shine Burst lipstick in the shade Plum Shock; it also matches my glasses. Remember, if your lippie matches one of your accessories, you got a winning card!
This ‘back to’ fill in the gap outfit is easy – of course – but also cool and fresh to keep your spirit up during a boring class.
