The bright colour suits my personality and my hunger for visual energy, but beauty is nothing without substance. This Liforme mat is far from the rubber sponger mats I was used to: the top surface is smooth to the touch but doesn’t feel slippery, while the bottom layer ensures a strong grip on the floor. Together, they help me to move with more stability and hold asanas for longer without the fear of sweating and slipping around.
