When I woke up after the New Years Eve, I felt terribly blue, so blue that I decided to pay tribute to the previous year by wearing something emerald. Then I’ve thought “what a better idea than showing you my favourite Pantone’s 2013 color of the year beauty products?”. Quite sentimental, right? Thinking about clothes and fashion, a deep green shade like emerald isn’t really easy to wear but it comes out to be anyway a style changer color. Imagine a classic black dress and add an emerald jewel, a neutral shirt paired with emerald claws, everything changes with a touch of this precious tone! No wonder, one of my…

Lip balm is essential to keep your lips hydrated and soft, “remember to wear your lip balm” has been a recurring thought and for this reason scented lip balms have quickly became my little obsession. The Avon Advance Techniques damage repair 3D rescue with 360° Repair Technology is a leave-in-treatment, specifically developed for very damaged and dry hair, and is also an old pal of this blog. Easy Peasy Vixen Skittles Nail Art Inspo
Thanks to an old China Glaze collection, I’ve wondered how could I define a vixen. A temptress, a “malicious woman with a fierce temperament’, according to the online dictionaries. Which nail polish or manicure should I choose for a woman like that? A red, a taupe? None of these! I’ve rummaged through my collection and I’ve put together particular colours for an equally particular skittles. I’ve mixed and matched more neutral and warm tones, all with different finishes. The result was a quite autumnal skittles manicure. The nail polishes used in this post are: – Avon, Golden Wine: vivid red, shimmer; – Avon, Noir Emeald: emerald green, metallic; – Avon, Naked…
